If a pack does not work for you, write within 14 days of the order and we refund it. Updated 2026-11-05.

How

Email support@usefulcomputing.com with your order link or the email you ordered with. Refunds go back in USDC to an address you name, on a network the checkout supports, less the network fee.

Before you ask

Most problems are the camera input: a log file on footage that was already converted looks flat or harsh. The setup guides show which file goes where. We are glad to help either way.
